Single Leg Squat - Video

Pronation of the foot while standing on one leg can lead to excess rotation of lower leg, making it harder to balance, strain your knees and back, and can take away much needed power and rigidity that you might need for sport and for feeling more comfortable day to day while walking, going up stairs, etc.

This exercise is for someone who has adequate strength in the hip and ankle already, as well as adequate calf/ ankle flexibility.
