No Gym? No Problem.

This HealthOut is for all ability levels - all you need is a small step to step up on, as well as a soft surface to kneel on.  The band used for pulling is optional.  See below for more details

Equipment - Band with Handles (optional); 6-18 inch step

Timing - 70 seconds each, no rest. Roughly 18 minutes per circuit. Final exercise with step should be can be performed multiple times before repeat.

Workout Summary – 60-75 seconds of each X 2-3 sets

Pigeon Stretch, Childs pose stretch with arm lift, Squat Shoulder blade push ups, Split Squat, Push Up, Step Up Side Plank/ Hold Bird Dog, Running on Step/ Step up jumps/ Insert various activities here. Balance drill to rest, repeat.
