Just a little recap from our sessions in January/ February and a combined/ 3-in-one stretch you can try while you are at work.


Mobilize

These stretches are targeted toward imbalances I noticed during our initial assessment workout, as well as during the following sessions in January. They can be performed for 30-90 seconds, up to several times per day.


Stabilize

These strengthening exercise are targeted toward imbalances I noticed during our initial assessment workout, as well as during the following sessions in January. They can be performed for 2 sets, for 60-90 seconds every second day.
